      Fig. 1 is a block diagram of the circuit arrangement of hand-
held keypad controller of this disclosure.  An 8051 microproces is
used to recognize keystrokes from a simple keyboard display the
resulting actions on a small LCD screen. to Fig. 2 for the outward
physical keypad appearance. 8051 microprocessor also sends all
keystrokes to the computer via the RS232 port.  Software within the
host these keystrokes and transfers them to the engine software.  In
