Large Panel (Minimum Surface Contact) Transport PVC Cart

       Disclosed is a circuit board (large panel) transport and
storage PVC- cart.

      The object of this cart is to hold a "large volume" of large
panels, composites or cores (down to .010 inch thickness) at a 12-
degree to a 15-degree angle.

      By inserting the product into the exchangeable bottom "groove"
panel and leaning the product on the top support (see figure) and
then on each other, surface contact is reduced by a minimum of 75%.

      The exchangeable bottom "groove" panel is made of "Foam PVC" in
different colors to identify individual process sectors, and, also,
the width of the grooves is variable for either single stacking
(Detail 1) or double stacking (Detail 1A).  This also identifies the
volume of product by job lots.

      The size of this PVC-cart depends on the actual size of the
product, but to reduce its footprint both handles are at different
heights to overlap each other (thus reducing distances between each
cart in case of storage (Detail 2)). This also serves as an ergonomic
solution to individual operator height.

      Besides being corrosion proof, this cart is also cost effective
by more than 200%.
