Large Core Basket

Disclosed is a method of retaining copper clad printed
circuit cores without contacting each other during the chemical "wet
process and bake cycle".

A basket is constructed of thickwall tubing (item 1) having a
lockable (item 4) pivot door (item 2).

Horizontal guides (item 5) are adapted to the basket. TEFLON*
coated rods (item 3) are placed just ahead of the guide portion of
the basket.  This provides ease of loading and prevents damage to the
copper surfaces of the core by keeping cores separated during
processing.
