       Disclosed is a program which is a tool for issuing OS/2*
Extended Edition Application Program Interface calls.  This tool
sequentially reads a command from a specified file (created by an
ASCII editor) and parses the command into three fields:

      The first field of the command specifies the OS/2 EE API
component which the call is to be made to.  The supported OS/2 EE API
components are:  OS/2 Shell, OS/2 API, Database Manager (DBM), Query
Manager Callable Interface (QRYCI), Structured Query Language (SQL),
Local Area Network, Advanced Peer to Peer Communications (APPC
LU6.2), Asychronous Communications Device Interface (ACDI), Server
Requester Programming Interface (SRPI), Extended High Level Language
Application Program Interface (EHLLAPI), IEEE 802.2 industry
standard, and NetBios.

      The second field of the command specifies the command or verb
to be issued to the OS/2 EE API component specified in the first
field.

      The third field of the command consists of the list of
parameters to be issued along with the verb specified in the second
field.
      An example of what a command would look like is:
      "DBM CREATE_DB DB=database_name, DRIVE=drive_specification;"

      Where DBM is the first field of the command specifying the OS/2
EE API component, CREATE_DB is the second field of the command and
specifies the command or verb to be issued to the OS/2 EE API
