List Style to Display Card File

This article describes a card style form of a list.
Applications can easily manage a single list interface.  The
presentation of the list can be easily transformed to this style
through the use of a simple message.

Current list controls do not support the changing of the
presentation style to that of Card File.  This style shows the items
of a list represented as cards.  There is a visible top border,
called a header, for all the cards that contain the topic/subject
matter. The front card has data on it that can be filled in by the
responsible application.

The solution is to provide the application with the ability to
change the current presentation style to that of a Card File.  The
card headers behave like items in a list (e.g., they may be selected,
disabled, etc.) On notification (by message) of a format change to
this style,  the list will repaint the screen using the Card File
style.
