Large Panel PVC Tote Cart

Disclosed is a PVC cart for large panel tote transportation and
storage (Fig. 1).

This cart retains eight (8) large panel totes (Fig. 2). Each
tote is loaded to approximately 25 pounds for a total load capacity
of 200 pounds.  (Maximum load capacity of cart = 250 pounds.)

The tote spacing is at its minimum to accommodate the "highest
and lowest" tote position to be within the safety and ergonomic
standards.

Since the stacking of totes on each other is eliminated, thus,
the safety issue of lifting more than one tote is avoided.

The tote slides have a "retaining bump" on both sides of the
PVC cart (totes are removable from both sides) to retain each tote in
its loaded position.

Two (2) Fiberglas* (Owens Corning) U-Channels are mounted
directly below the center structure for a safe "lift truck"
operation.

The PVC cart's overall size is three (3) inches longer and the
same width as the tote, thus retaining a minimum footprint.

Besides corrosion resistance, the PVC cart's ease of movement
is also very cost effective.
