Support Copy with Relations

This article describes a mechanism whereby the relationships of
the original object can be retained in the new object in COPY.

Currently, an object can be copied from a source library to a
target library, but the relationships of the original object can not
be retained.  An enterprise user who wants to copy an existing object
may also want to retain the relationships of the original object in
the new object.  For example, s/he may wish to copy an existing
object together with all "parent" relationships, all "child"
relationships, or both "parent" and "child" relationships.  No
mechanism prior to this invention disclosure exists in the Document
Interchange Architecture to provide this a function.

This article provides a mechanism whereby an enterprise user
can create a new object by copying an existing object and optionally
retain the relationships of the original object.  This function is
provided by creating a new operand in the COPY command and by
allowing enterprise users to specify the following options: ;- do not
retain the relationships of the original object, or ;- retain only
the "parent" relationships, or ;- retain only the "child"
relationships, or ;- retain both the "parent" and the "child"
relationships.

The relevant Document Relation Object parameters associated
with the original object will then be copied along with the object.
