Multiple Functions Using a Single Icon

A method is described which allows multiple functions from a
single ICON.

A desk top window can become overcrowded with ICONs.  Having
many ICONs creates confusion for the user.

By combining several similar functions into a single ICON, the
user interface is more organized and less crowded.  It makes each
individual ICON more powerful.  For example, several outbasket ICONs
can be combined into a single ICON with several mail slots.
Depending on which part (slot) of the ICON is selected, a different
outbasket is invoked.

      Anonymous.
