Tree Structure Representation of Forwarded Notes

This article describes a method for displaying forwarded notes
in a tree structure so that a user can easily tell the path of a
note, as well as, who received the note along the path.

For example, if a user was to have the following note sent to
him:
      Original note : From: A       To: B    CC: V,W
Forwarded note: From: B       To: C,M  CC: X
Forwarded note: From: C       To: D    CC: Y,Z
Forwarded note: From: D       To: E    CC: Z It could be
displayed in the following tree structure:

                            (Image Omitted)

The tree structure allows the user to look at a note in the
middle of the chain or to look at the final note in the forward
chain.  In addition, it lets a user know who has seen the note along
the way.
