Automated Aid for Effective Meeting Prioritizations

      Disclosed is a methodology for the user to define categories
and priorities that allow use of a tool to resolve conflicts.  This
disclosure also describes historic tracking to user defined
standards, enabling the user to better understand where time is
spent, and progress toward self-defined goals.
     The solution follows:

o   Expand the properties of a meeting to include site-defined
    Category which must match an entry in the list.
o   Provide a profile for each user that allows the user to define a
    Priority (to them) for each Meeting category.
o   Enable the user to update, after attending a meeting, the
    priority value to them of that meeting.
o   Provide standard reports of planned vs actual that the user can
    invoke for a specified time period.
o     Allow each user to define specified actions for resolution of
    conflict when posting meetings.  Action would be based on
    relative priority of the respective meetings.
o     Allow free-time-search to take into consideration the relative
    priority (to the requested attendees) of proposed and existing
    meetings.

     This disclosure has the following advantages:

o   Enable each user to focus on the value of selected categories of
    meetings to them.
o   Allow a meeting initiator to rank the value to the organization
    of a single meeting, or series of meetings.
