List Boxes within Combination Boxes or List Boxes

A technique is provided to allow users to arrange list boxes
within combination or list boxes, grouping items within a list and
shortening the length of lists.

    - Common items in a combination or list box can be grouped under
one heading.  When that heading is selected, a secondary list box
will open, showing the items associated with that heading.
    - Selections within the initial combination or list box that are
themselves a list box will have a drop-down arrow to the right
    (see figure).
    - Users will be able to select items in the initial combination
or list box, or select the secondary list box to see a subgroup
    of items.

Scrolling through lists will be reduced and finding an entry
within a list will be easier.
