Reversible Tray For IC Module

      Disclosed is a reversible tray with tool access window in order
to process a module on the tray.

      As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, tray 1 has grid construction with a
tool access window 6 through the tray 1 from the front side to the
reverse side of the tray 1.  Fig. 1 shows the reverse side of the
tray 1.  Module 10 is held on module holder 5 and is protected from
lead damage by a rib 4.  Tray handling is performed with target 3
which is placed at each corner of the grid for vacuums handler.

      In Fig. 2, tray 1 is described from the front side of the tray.
Module 10 is placed on module holder 7 and can be transferred between
the reverse side and the front side freely with process requirements.
Target 8 is used for tray handling with a vacuum handler.  Slit 9 and
target 8 are designed not to interfere with rib 4 and target 3 in the
reverse side when trays 1 and 2 are stacked up.
