Time-Management Calendar Utility

For purposes of time management, it would be helpful if a user
of the electronic calendar could automatically categorize and
tabulate the events in a given time period.  There is no way to
automatically generate a report from the electronic calendar to show
where one's time is being spent.

Although a user has all his/her calendar events saved in the
calendar data base, there is no way to automatically report where
most of his/her time is being used.  Example:  If John believes he is
spending too much time in meetings, and that he doesn't have enough
time for classes, all he can do is manually check his calendar each
day and write down the amounts of time he has spent in meetings, and
manually calculate what he needs to know.

This system allows John to be able to automatically generate a
time management report from his electronic calendar.  He opens the
calendar, then selects the REPORT pulldown or icon.  A TIMEFRAME
panel is displayed, into which he enters the START DATE of 01/01/92
and the END DATE of 06/30/92.  He selects the REPORT pushbutton, and
is immediately presented with a report such as this one:
