Object Execution Locking

      There are many instances when it is desirable to have a single
workstation available for several different people to use.  Within
that scenario, there are cases in which you need to restrict the
execution of certain objects to a specific user or users.

      Create an option that would enable the workstation object owner
to lock the access by supplying a password that would be required for
execution of the object.  This password could be the same password
used for machine hardware lockup - as documented in the disclosure:
"MULTIPLE USER WORKSTATION SETUP PASSWORDS".  By doing this, the
users don't have to remember and keep track of any more passwords.

      An option would be added to the object pull-down menu to lock
or unlock the execution access of objects on an individual basis.

          Example:  A user walks up to use a "public access" graphics
          creation workstation.  The owner of the workstation does
          not want users to change the print settings, so he/she uses
          the Object Execution Locking feature to freeze the objects
          execution.  The user can move the object on the screen, but
          if they try to execute it, they get a message that "This
          object has been locked.  Please enter a valid password to
          execute."  Since the user can not enter the correct
