Abstract

The OFFICEVISION*/VM calendar is a commonly used function which contains calendar entries in the form of notes, meeting notices, and other entries for a single day or for multiple days. The calendar is limited to 127 lines per day. Although entries are separated by times and by "NOTES:", it is still somewhat difficult to clearly distinguish calendar entries.

Separating Calendar Entries on OfficeVision/VM Calendars

The OFFICEVISION*/VM calendar is a commonly used function which
contains calendar entries in the form of notes, meeting notices, and
other entries for a single day or for multiple days.  The calendar is
limited to 127 lines per day.  Although entries are separated by
times and by "NOTES:", it is still somewhat difficult to clearly
distinguish calendar entries.

This enhancement will provide a simple method of distinguishing
calendar entries using a separator, "-".  Displayed below are an
example of the current OV/VM calendar and an example of the enhanced
calendar, denoted by the separator between calendar entries.
