Abstract

The icons in the Figures are used in IBM* software, such as Consumer Transaction/2* (CT/2*), on personal computers running OS/2* Presentation Manager*. CT/2 is an integrated development facility for designing, editing, testing, constructing, and running transactions for financial institutions, such as banks. Icons may advantageously include color features, although color is not shown in the figures.

Icons which Include Printer Symbols

      The icons in the Figures are used in IBM* software, such as
Consumer Transaction/2* (CT/2*), on personal computers running OS/2*
Presentation Manager*.  CT/2 is an integrated development facility
for designing, editing, testing, constructing, and running
transactions for financial institutions, such as banks.  Icons may
advantageously include color features, although color is not shown in
the figures.

      The No Remote Printer Icon in Fig. 1 indicates that a remote
printer in unavailable to an operator.  Visually, the icon a printer
symbol with an international prohibit symbol superimposed thereon.
p.  The Shared Printer Icon in Fig. 2 indicates that multiple
workstations are sharing the resources of a single printer.
Visually, the icon includes the symbols of three workstations and a
printer connected together with a line.
