Small Window for Editing by Pen on Handwriting Input

Disclosed is a method for controlling an editing process on an
application from a pop-up window of a handwrite recognition system.
While this method for controlling the shrinking/resuming the pop-up
window is described in [*].  the present bulletin describes the
method to add the small window for editing and to send keystrokes
from the window to an application safely when the pop-up window is
shrunken.

The following describes an example situation that this method is
very useful.

Fig. 1 assumes that an operator works on the pop-up window of
the handwrite recognition system.  The operator intended to write
"ABCD" as handwriting but the system recognized it as "AECD".  And
the operator mistook to send those characters to an application and
assured it by shrinking the pop-up window.

The procedure to correct the data from "AECD" to "ABCD" using
this method is as follows;

(Here, current cursor on the application is located on the right of
character "D".)

1.  By tapping twice the "<-" key which is shown at the top left
corner of the screen, cursor moves to the location of character
    "C".
2.  By tapping the "BS" key, the character "E" is deleted.
3.  By tapping the "INS" key, "insert" mode is enabled.  At this
time,  "ACD" is displayed on the application and cursor is
    located on character "C".
4.  By tapping the shrink button, the pop-up window is resumed.
