Load/Unload Design for Low Profile Head Suspension Assembly

      Disclosed is a mechanism of Load/Unload design for Low Profile
Head Suspension Assembly used in Hard Disk Drives.

      As shown in Fig. 1, a tab 3 is formed at an end portion of a
load beam 1.  A flexure 4 and a slider 5 are mounted at the other end
of the load beam 1.  The end portion is bent, as shown in Fig. 2.
Figs. 3, 4, 5 and 6 show the load/unload of the slider 5 on a
recording disk.  In Figs. 3 and 4, a pin is moved in the direction
shown by an arrow, so that the slider 5 is loaded or unloaded.

      In Fig. 5, a T bar which is rotated in the direction shown by
an arrow is used to load or unload the slider 5.

      In Fig. 6, a pin is moved in the direction shown by an arrow.
