Suspension with Curved Crimp

      Disclosed is structure of crimp or clamp for fixing a wire
covered by insulating tube along an arm of Head Suspension Assembly
of a hard disk drive device.

      As shown in Fig. 1, a right end portion of the wire connected
to a read/write head is bent to form a loop of a predetermined shape,
which is required to realize a constant flying height when a
recording disk is rotated.  In assembling the hard disk drive device,
a left end portion of the wire is pulled in the leftward direction to
connect the left end to a flexible printed circuit.  To keep the loop
of predetermined shape when the wire is pulled, it is required to
rigidly fix the wire and tube by first, second and third crimps or
clamps.

     Prior structure 1:

      Although the wire and tube are rigidly fixed by a set of
crimps, which corresponds to the third crimp shown in the Fig. 1, an
end portion tends to bend beyond a thickness of a mounting plate and
to undesirably contact with the disk or cover of the hard disk drive
device, so that the undesired contact causes an error operation.

     Prior structure 2:

      The wire and tube are fixed by a small fixing area of a crimp.
To rigidly fix the wire and tube, the crimp must be bent to cut into
the tube.  It causes the undesired damage of the tube when the wire
is pulled.
