Dynamic Title on Window Frame

Disclosed is a method for moving a window title to the side of
the window that is most visible.

This mechanism will display the title on an alternate window
edge when the top one is not visible to the user.  The title can be
obscured by another window or not be visible because the portion of
the window on which it appears is off the visible desktop.  When this
happens, this mechanism will determine which alternate edge is most
visible and display the title bar on this edge.  When the title is
displayed on a window edge other than the top edge, the letters in
title text are rotated so that they are still readable.
