DOS LAN Requester Install Processing after Already Appended

Disclosed is a programming concept for eliminating an error
message that gets generated when the DOS APPEND command is
re-executed.

A file called NO.BAT was created and added to the DOS LAN
Requester* diskettes.  When the APPEND command is executed, the 'no
append' message is echoed to a .BAT file.  This .BAT file eventually
gets executed during DOS LAN Requester Install processing.  The 'no
append' will get executed like a command.  Since NO.BAT only contains
a comment, nothing will get executed, and processing will continue.
Without the NO.BAT file, when the 'no append' was executed, an error
message was generated.  All processing was terminated.
