Script Manager for Computer Software Development

Described is a software implementation for computer systems to
assist developers of test scripts to easily create, edit, manage and
print test scripts, as used in computer software development.

In prior art, testing of software required test scripts to be
generated so as to develop a library of functions relating to
software development.  Test case developers often spent much time
printing and collating scripts, such that to find a particular script
required a lengthy text search procedure.  Each test developer was
left to organize their own test scripts and when groups of test
scripts needed to be printed, the result involved a lengthy manual
process.

The concept described herein implements a script manager that
provides a common base for test script development so as to automate
some of the test development processes.  It is designed to help the
test script developer to easily create, edit, manage and print the
test script library.  The developer can continue using the text
editor of choice.

Script manager is menu driven to allow for a short learning
cycle and provide an extensive text searching facility.  In using the
script manager, the developer is presented with a list of all test
scripts found.  This enables the developer to globally or
individually tag files to be searched.  When text being searched is
