Graphical User Interface for Changing Time Service Roles

The current command line interface for changing the role of a
time service entity in a distributed computing environment requires
the user to issue the following commands to change the role of a time
service object from clerk to server or from server to clerk:
      .   Disable
      .   Delete
      .   Create
      .   Enable

Each of these commands requires several parameters and notice
that it requires the user to actually delete the object, then create
a new object. The user also must keep track of the state of the
object (enabled/disabled) during this series of operations. The
commands each have a different syntax and parameters that they
require. This requires a user to either know these, or have a command
reference at their fingertips.

This method provides a solution to this complexity by
presenting the time service objects in a graphical user interface and
allowing all of the commands necessary to accomplish changing the
role of a time service entity from server to clerk or clerk to server
with one selectable action.

This method provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for time
service objects which allows one to provide a simple method for
changing roles of a time service entity. By having the objects in a
GUI, it is possible to have a single action available for the user to
select that changes the time service object from server to clerk...
