Use Display Postscript to Display Troff Documents in a WYSIWYG Fashion

Disclosed is a software solution for displaying troff
documents formatted for a PostScript* device.

Traditionally, to view PostScript documents formatted by the
troff command, postprocessing and printing had to occur.

A solution to quicker previewing which can eliminate paper
waste is the xpreview command.  The xpreview command is a utility
which will display documents which have been formatted with the troff
command for a PostScript device. This allows page-by-page previewing
of troff documents in a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG)
fashion. Additionally, xpreview will display documents which have
been postprocessed and contain the PostScript language.
