Cable Connector for Portable PC

       This article relates to a cable to connect both a
keyboard and a mouse port of a portable PC.  The cable needs only a
mouse port of the portable PC.

      Fig. 1 shows the construction view of the new cable/connector.
In Fig. 1, the legend 1 indicates a mouse connector for the portable
PC, 2 indicates a cable which is flexible and suitable size, and 3
indicates a mouse/keyboard connector (wire connection from a mouse to
a mouse/keyboard).

      Fig. 2 shows the configuration view.  As shown in Fig. 2, the
required operation for connecting the cable/connector with the
portable PC, the mouse, and the keyboard is as follows:
     1.  Connect the mouse connector with the mouse port of the
portable PC.
     2.  Connect the mouse and the keyboard with the mouse/keyboard
connector.
