Abstract

This article describes a mouse device that enables the inputting of the direction on a 2D (two-dimensional) screen. This mouse device has a dial on the side-wall thereof. The dial is placed so that a user could touch it with the tip of his/her thumb. Through the dial, any scalar value, including the direction on the 2D screen, is easily inputted with one hand. Mouse Device for Inputting Direction on 2D Screen

       This article describes a mouse device that enables the
inputting of the direction on a 2D (two-dimensional) screen.  This
mouse device has a dial on the side-wall thereof.  The dial is placed
so that a user could touch it with the tip of his/her thumb.  Through
