Read Back System that Emphasizes Dubious Areas by Voice Characteristics

A system is disclosed that reads back texts reflecting
the dubious areas which are detected by a critiquing system.  Dubious
areas are emphasized by changing voice characteristics, such as
pitch, tone, loudness, speed, male/female voice.

The system is built with a natural language critiquing system
and text to speech generation system.  The critiquing system first
analyzes the input text, and detects errors.  These error parts are
given different voice characteristics than the normal parts.

The main purpose of this system is to enable an understanding
of the dubious parts in the texts by only listening to the generated
voice.  Thus, the people who check for accuracy can concentrate on
the original script.
