Icon to Represent CT/2 Runtime Status Customer Service Representative

The disclosed icon represents the sign-on status of the
CT/2 Runtime operator.  It shows that the operator is signed on as a
customer service representative.

Visually, the icon is represented by the figure of a person in
the standing position.

CT/2 Runtime is a runtime environment for business and banking
transactions created by the CT/2 Definition environment.  The icon is
used by the Presentation Manager*-based human-computer interface to
the CT/2 Runtime status window.

An icon for the CT/2 Runtime Customer Service Representative
supports the Status area of the Runtime portion of the CT/2 package
by providing a user interface for the following capabilities:
o    Provides a means for representing to operators and officers the
status of the signed-on user.  The customer service representative is
one who welcomes new customers, establishes new accounts, and
reconciles accounts of existing customers.
o    The icon, at a glance, informs the user and the user's
supervisor what the authority level of the user is. Other authority
levels are teller, supervisor, and officer.  Each authority level
allows the user differing levels of responsibility and accountability
at the branch.
