Crosstalk Free TFT/LCD Structure

       Disclosed is a crosstalk-free TFT/LCD structure which has
low resistance of contact between a common electrode on opposite
substrate and a transfer electrode on TFT substrate.

      The transfer electrode shown in Fig. 1 has the same structure
as data-line electrode and is made by the process of data-line
formation, so this transfer electrode needs no additional process.
Figs. 2 and 3 show the contact between the transfer electrode and
common electrode by silver-paste.  This long contact along the
transfer electrode makes low contact resistance and low voltage
decrease in the common electrode.

      Another contact structure which uses a conductive sealing paste
is an easier structure and forming process, as shown in Figs. 4 and
5.
