Active User Table for OS/2 Asynchronous Notification

Disclosed is a program which provides asynchronous
notification from a server workstation to a requester workstation.

An OS/2* LU6.2 APPC connection requires a Partner LU and an LU
Mode to establish a conversation between two machines.  Within an
OS/2 LAN network, utilizing APPC, some machines are designated as
servers and the others are requesters.

Each requester requires the server routing information in order
to communication with the services running on the server machines.
In order for the servers to be able to communication with the
requesters they must obtain routing information for the requester
workstation.

Each time a requester is activated and a request is made to a
service on a server workstation, an entry is logged on the server
machine.  This entry defines the requester's incoming routing
information.  Each time the service requests to communication with a
specific user the routing information is located based on the user
ID.

Each time a new request is received on the server the routing
information is overwritten if it exists.  This allows for a
travelling user environment.
