Enhanced Addressing of Send Dialogs

Provided is a technique for improved addressing of fields
associated with Send Dialogs in order to overcome deficiencies with
conventional techniques.

Provide conventional addressing techniques with the following
improvements:

o   Allow addressing in the field by typing, dragging, or other forms
    of data entry.

o   Allow setting distribution attributes within the same field via
use of "sub-fields" for addressee type, recipient status, or
    other distribution attributes.

o   The result of user interaction is a distribution list contained
within the Send Dialog and upon which other actions can be
performed, e.g., sort, print, save, etc.

o   Furthermore, other parameters of the Send Dialog can be saved,
    e.g., by saving the "envelope".

An end user will experience the following benefits:

o   new functionality,

o   improved usability, and

o   reduced errors and worksteps in creating and saving distribution
lists and individual attributes of entries.
