Method for Telephone Forward by Explicit Number Constraint

Provided is a service which allows a user to configure a list
of phone numbers valid for forwarding when a telephone service is
actively forwarding calls.

It is desirable to forward a telephone to another telephone in
order to have calls redirected to a different destination.  It is
also desirable to forward only certain phone calls to a particular
target telephone.  A method is needed for forwarding calls which are
made from numbers from which a callee would like to receive the call.

A user may configure the telephone service to have one or more
sets of phone numbers.  Each set may contain one or more explicitly

the current caller source phone number match criteria as described in
the assigned sets, the call will be forwarded.  Of course, the user
may have all calls forwarded as is available in current art.  This
article implementation is intended to work in telephone connectivity
environments wherein a source number is available to the callee's
phone system such as in consumer phone systems available from public
telephone companies in the N...
