Smooth-Flow Coat Hanger Die for Application of Magnetic Coating on
Thin Film

      A die of a coat hanger design for smooth-flow application of
magnetic ink coatings on thin film material.

      This mathematical design allows the magnetic ink coating to be
evenly and equally dispersed along the entire length of the die lip
at the same time.  This allows for improved and smoother application
of the ink on the thin film.

      The double lead screws along the lip allow minute adjustments
to insure an even distribution and thickness of the magnetic coating
along the entire width of the thin film.  A locking collar retains
each double lead screw adjustment.

      The removal integral smoother bar allows replacement changes
for different media and inks.
