Script Function Action Objects

Disclosed is a method whereby an extension language is used to
create script function action objects in an application builder.

Action objects are used to extend the default behaviour of the
application objects.  A script action object is an action object that
executes a script.  A script action object is initialized with a
script and a context dictionary.  However, sometimes it is desirable
to have a script that can be shared by multiple action objects.
Function script action objects are used to create sharable script
actions.

If the script used in a script action object needs to be shared
by several action objects, we create a function for the script and
place it in the global function dictionary.  The function action
object is initialized with the name of the script function and a
context dictionary.  The trigger of the function action object
results in a lookup to the global function dictionary.  The script
found in the function dictionary is executed in a similar way to a
script in the script action object.
