Molded Cable Guide Bracket

Cable Guide Bracket that snaps over typical molded D-shell
connectors is disclosed.  The bracket is used as a orientation guide
to mating receptacle D-shell connectors in Book assemblies, and to
prevent damage to the same mating connector when improperly plugged.

The bracket is installed by sliding the bottom ears directly
over the back of the molded connector over the orientation arrow.
The rib in the bracket rides in the molded ribs of the connector
(Fig.1).

The top of the bracket is designed to guide/align the molded
D-shell plug connector into the mating receptacle when plugged in
correctly.  The bottom of the bracket will prevent the improper
plugging of the molded connector, thus preventing damage (Fig. 2).
