Define Pick and Push Operation in the Desktop Environment

A program is disclosed that define two operations, pick and
push operations to rearrange the objects on a desktop environment.

When an object is pushed on the desktop, this object may push
other objects away from the moving path.  the object may also be
picked up from the desktop and put on top of another objects on the
desktop.  Both operations have different purposes.  Push operation
allows the object to send a pushing message to other objects, push
them, and inform them the direction of the pushing.  The pushed
objects may again propagate the pushing operation to the next object.
This operation will rearrange the desktop environment in a easy and
natural way.  The pick up operation will not affect any other objects
on the desktop.  When the object is dropped on top of the other
objects, it allows overlaying.  A single click by the mouse and
followed by the mouse movement may define a pick operation.  A mouse
down, hold, and move define a push operation.

The concept is unique because it provides two natural ways to
rearrange the objects on a desktop environment.
