Layered-Lens Sheet for Easy Handling

Disclosed is a Layered-Lens Sheet witch improves the yield of
process with keeping the brightness of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
Usually a prism sheet which enhances the brightness of LCD is easy to
get small scratches.  This Layered Lens Sheet has diffusing sheets to
prevent the prism sheet from dusts or scratches, and to diffuse the
light from back side of the prism sheet in LCD.

The Layered-Lens Sheet is constructed by the prism sheet,
diffusing sheets, and adhesive to bind them or the like.  One side or
both sides of the prism sheet are covered by diffusing sheets.  These
sheets are fixed each other by using adhesive materials or other
methods.

A plurality of small prisms is formed on the surface of the
prism sheet so that enhancing the brightness of LCD.  However, the
shape on the surface of the prism sheet is easily got scratched
damage by rough handling.  And this damage cannot be recovered.  So
the prism sheet must be protected by some parts such as films in both
sides which keep the shape at assembling or handling process.  In
this method, two or more prism sheets can be used to enhance the
brightness.
