Method of Controlling a Display Attribute of the Pointer

The pointer-like-arrow is indispensable in the GUI Operating
System.  However the pointer is not necessarily displayed after
completing a selection, and even hides the data under it.

This article proposes the following method to control a display
attribute (visible/invisible or transparent) of the pointer.

o   A trigger for visible pointer : Any interrupt from pointing
device, in other words, any user action on the pointing device.

o   A trigger for invisible or transparent pointer : When an elapsed
time of no user action on the pointing device (or no interrupt
from the pointing device) exceeds a system defined (or user
    defined) value.

By using this method, it is not necessary to remove the pointer
from selected window.  And moreover the pointer must place in the
current selected window, so it is easy to find for the next pointing
device operation.
