Abstract

Kana-Kanji conversion program can be distinguished into two parts, Editor Part and Logic Part. Editor Part requests Logic Part to reason the combination by using specific dictionary group, when the Editor Part carry outs the conversion request of a certain strings. Another words, Editor Part appoints the proper dictionary group to be searched when it requests conversion of stonings to Logic Part.

      Kana-Kanji conversion program can be distinguished into two
parts, Editor Part and Logic Part.  Editor Part requests Logic Part
to reason the combination by using specific dictionary group, when
the Editor Part carry outs the conversion request of a certain
strings.  Another words, Editor Part appoints the proper dictionary
group to be searched when it requests conversion of stonings to Logic
Part.

      This logic provides progress of the usability, such as
prevention of mis-fit and shortening of searching time.  On the other
hand, there are two ways to relate the request of conversion to the
dictionaries by the frequentness of the dictionary usage.

1.  In case of high usage

      For example, if "F1" key was assigned as a Zip Code Dictionary,
it is meant that Logic Part searches the word from the Zip Code
Dictionary when "F1" key is selected.

2.  In case of low usage

      If the key, which is assigned as Dictionary List, is selected
after Yomi is input, the list of dictionaries is shown on the pop-up
window and conversion is requested by selecting a dictionary from
them.

      As an applied example, when many kinds of data are input, the
dictionary, that is assigned in a manner of data attribute to a key,
