Compound Document Ticker Tape Part Handler

A method is described to supply a Ticker Tape part for compound
document inclusion.

In the Figure, a ticker tape part is used for the item
description which records the security name, its volume for that day,
and its low/high for the year.  The ticker tape part enables the
document constructor to display additional information without the
requirement for document space.  If the document is printed, the
resulting output from the ticker tape part is the first few words of
the item description, which in this case is the security name.

In general, the ticker tape part is used to display a string of
text in a ticker tape fashion.  The part automatically handles the
scrolling of text and allows the user to edit the text by simply
clicking in the part which stops the tape motion.
