Use of Customized Label to Provide Cover Retention and Tamper-Proofing

Disclosed is a label for use in Personal Computer Memory Card
International Association (PCMCIA) Direct Access Storage Device
(DASD) that provides retention of an electronics cover and also
provides a tamper-evident seal.

The implementation of this design uses a bottom cover 2 that
slides onto the disk enclosure 3.  The bottom cover 2 is retained by
the label 1 (Figs. 1 and 2).

The retention of the bottom cover 2 is ensured by the direction
that the bottom cover 2 is slid onto the disk enclosure 3.
Furthermore, the bottom cover 2 cannot be removed without disturbing
the label 1 and providing evidence of disassembly.
