Crystal Display

      Disclosed is a with different Tg of plus and minus charging
driving method of a Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display
(TFT/LCD).

      Fig. 1 is the timing chart of signal driver (Vsig), gate driver
(Vgate), common plate (Vcom) and charging voltage of TFT at
plus-charging phase and minus-charging phase.  V2 of Fig.1(a) and
Fig.1(b) is not a same voltage.  TFT driving characteristics of both
charging phase are different.  This difference can be cancelled to
change each driving time of charging phase.

      Fig. 2 shows a result of driving characteristics to change
driving time of plus and minus charging phase.  It is achieved to the
same charging voltage in both charging phase.
