New Frame Rate Control Pattern

      Disclosed is a New Frame Rate Control (FRC) Pattern for the LCD
(Liquid Crystal Display).  This new FRC Pattern reduces the flow of
dark and bright waves travelling across the Panel especially when
large single color area are displayed and achieve very good Front of
Screen (FOS).

      Following is the example of this New FRC Pattern.  4 bits R/G/B
each inputs and 3 bits R/G/B each inputs are shown.  The Table shows
FRC input/output level in each frames.  Fig. 1 shows FRC Pattern
Placements which uses 6 x 6 dots matrix on the Panel.  In 6 x 6
matrix, Vi and Vj move like Fig. 2 in each frames.  Fig. 3 shows the
flow of Vi vector.  Vi vectors converge and diverge alternatively in
adjacent points.  Therefore, there is no one big vector throughout
the LCD Panel and no one way flow can be seen on the Panel.
