Abstract

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, disclosed is an improved flexible printed circuit which has curving cut with copper land at separated terminals. Curving cut improves its flexibility and keeps its stress uniformly. Also, copper land absorbs stress generated at the area between terminals. Therefore, flexible printed circuit having separated terminals gets higher work efficiency and reliability.

      As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, disclosed is an improved flexible
printed circuit which has curving cut with copper land at separated
