Disclosed is a tilt-swivel mechanism of Infrared Rays (IR) unit which can be attached to PCMCIA card for the Personal Computer (PC). The subject IR unit is detachable and is equipped with tilt and swivel mechanism (Fig. 1).

      Disclosed is a tilt-swivel mechanism of Infrared Rays (IR) unit
which can be attached to PCMCIA card for the Personal Computer (PC).
The subject IR unit is detachable and is equipped with tilt and
swivel mechanism (Fig. 1).

      This unit has a capability of tilting and swiveling IR module.
Using this capability, the IR can be easily directed horizontally and
vertically (Fig. 2).

      As this IR unit is very light and compact, it can be mounted
into the notebook PC without compromising the appearance and
portability (Fig. 3).
