Harness Assembly for Small Diameter Tube/Wire

Disclosed is a method of holding a small tube (and Wire) on a
plane frame.

Generally, not only Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) but also all
electrical devices need Harness Assemblies with smaller DIAMETER
Wires/Tubes, same as other parts.  And it is difficult to pinching
such a small diameter Wires/Tubes.

A Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA) uses a Wire Harness (with TUBE) is
shown in Fig. 1.  The TUBE is pinched on the surface of a plastic
film by "H" SHAPE SLIT.  This part is required some functions.  In
making process of Harness Assembly itself,it is required to holding
TUBE on a base film precisely.  In HGA making process, the Tube needs
to be removed easily.

In order to hold a smaller diameter tube, a smaller "H" SHAPE
SLIT is required.  But in fact, it is difficult to make the SLIT
smaller as shown in Fig. 2.

However, this asymmetrical "H" SLIT can pinch a very small
diameter TUBE and WIRE, shown in Fig. 3.

The advantages of this method are as follows:
  1.  Using a large shape, a slit can pinch a small diameter tubes or
       wires.
  2.  Different diameter tubes can be held with only one type SLIT
       DESIGN.
  3.  The tube is easily removed.
  4.  This new SLIT can pinch MULTIPLE Tubes/Wires.
