Passbook Line Mark

Disclosed is a line-mark on passbook which has asymmetrical
shape when turning over a page or shutting a passbook, for example
slash ('/') mark.  This improves the reliability of the
Optical-Line-Finder (OLF) by detecting a line-mark reversing.

Fig. 1 shows the traditional line mark.  Fig. 2 shows the
example of the new line mark.  By using the slash '/' for the
line-mark, it reverses to back-slash '\' if it see through from the
reverse side of the page, or transfer to the lower part of page.  By
detecting of this difference, it makes easy and accurate to find the
correct printing line.

At the same time, by improving the reliability, it is possible
to improve the life of ink ribbon by lowering the
Print-Contrast-Signal
(PCS) value.
