Coin Recycle Device for Coin Input/Output Unit

      This article describes a Coin Input/Output unit which has a
Coin Recycle device located between the Cash Box and Hopper.  The
Coin Recycle device can feed and lift a coin.

      The Figure shows the example of this device.  The recycle
device (1) consists of two belts and pulleys.  A timing belt (2) is
installed between timing pulleys (3) and tension pulley (4), and a
flat belt (5) is installed between pulleys also.  The pulley (6) is
movable in accordance with thickness of coin.  This recycle device
(1) is detachable by user, so upper portion (8) (9) need to swing at
pivot (10) (11) for removal and reinstall.  Coins transported from
Cash
Box are fed and lifted between belts driven by gear (7) into Hopper.

      The width of this coin recycle device is narrow, and can feed
coins vertically using engraved timing belt.
