External Power Supply Construction

Disclosed is a construction for external power supply which has
a enclosure of external plastic surface with many tiny holes over an
internal heat sink which combines with a case of the power supply.
The construction realizes better heat dissipation with safeties to
operator access area.

The Figure shows an example of this construction.  Internal
heat sink which combines with a case of the power supply(1) conduct
the heat from inside to outside.  External plastic(2) has holes(3).
The holes help better conduction of the heat to outside.  Also, the
combination of thickness of the external plastic(2) and small size of
the holes prevents the operator from touching the internal heat sink
directly for safety.  Therefore, this construction provides better
efficiency for heat dissipation and safeties to operator.

This construction is useful for External Power Supply
(example: AC adapter, Car adapter), and operator accessible high heat
components or its surrounding areas.
