Recognition Level Definition using Japanese Optical Character Recognition

This program is disclosed for handing of "Recognizing
Impossibility" using Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
"Recognizing Impossibility" has two categories, one is "Reject"; the
other is "Mistaking".  It is possible to change the category, without
changing the application program.

OCR application form has many recognized fields, i.e.,
non-mistaking field or non-reject field.  For example, the amount
field must not allow mistaking.  The amount field should be a
non-mistaking field.  Goods code field has a master code on the host
database, and after OCR recognition, master code matching is
processed.  The goods code field should be a non-reject field.

This program supplies the following items:
  1.  Application developer or user can select a category (called
Recognition Level) for each recognition field.
  2.  Recognition level has "non-reject", "standard" and
       "non-mistaking" category.
  3.  Application program can not handle a recognition level
directory.
Application program can handle data file which has definition
of
recognition level.  If a user wants recognition level, the
user
changes only data file, but does not need to change the
       application program.

The following tables are recognition level definition, and
recognition results using modeling application form.
